TRANSCRIPT:

Thanks to William Shakespeare, most of us are familiar with The Ides of March. Many have wrongfully identified this date as a day for dark and ominous warnings.

Truth be known, the Ides is just another name for the middle of the month. The Ides can be in January, July, September….pick a month, it has an Ides.

But, Mr. Shakespeare can be credited for making a point, and that is:  Don’t ignore the red flags.

Whether it’s a refusal to communicate, purposely delaying a sharing of information, or just plain nit-picking… identifying these warning signs can help prevent a disastrous outcome.

Relationships, business, or personal endeavors, it doesn’t matter. Vigilance and remembering the Ides of March enable us to navigate the complexities of life and help safeguard against unforeseen challenges.
