Field Scopes
Our nationwide network of licensed independent adjusters can provide a detailed field scope that contains all of the information your desk adjuster needs to close a claim. This approach is cost effective and delivered immediately upon the completion of the inspection making it ideal for situations where a full adjustment can easily be handled from the desk.

This may seem trivial to some but do you really want your claim scoped by a crowd sourced delivery driver? AI and neural networks have come a long way but there just isn’t a viable substitute for knowledge and experience in an age of rampant fraud and costly litigation.
"Augmented" photographs with measurement overlays
Our scoping tool allows the field adjuster to easily:
- Add measurement overlays directly on top of the risk photographs
- document structures damaged along with the nature of the damage with a single touch.
- Caption and label photos using powerful voice to text capabilities
Footprint Diagrams
- All rooms with damages are documented with footprint diagrams that are accurate to within a 1/4″.
- Our diagrams export as PNG's so they can be imported directly into the sketch tools of some popular estimating systems.
Complete Narrative Questionnaire
Our default narrative walks the field adjuster through a standard battery of adaptive questions that are answered before leaving the risk. The adjusters responses lead down different paths to new questions until the narrative is complete.
The standard narrative is comprised of 28-42 (some responses produce more questions) but we can customize the questions to provide the exact data you needs to resolve the claim.

In addition to our roster of licensed adjusters, we also have some of the industry's finest building consultants available to meet with your clients to provide detailed and itemized estimates for covered losses. In cases of litigation, our building consultants can also provide expert testimony and reports as needed based on cause & origin investigations.
Our Team of Building Consultants:
- Decades of construction experience among our team with each consultant having a minimum of
10 years experience in the field - Analyze commercial or residential pre-loss risks, and inspect property claims arising from natural or man-made perils
- Investigation of damage to structures, which includes cause and origin analyses
- Keen understanding of construction techniques and terminology, building materials, etc.
- Knowledge of both residential and commercial construction
