Your geographical reach is always changing. Whether you are pulling out of a coastal county or adding customers in a new state, your claim handling infrastructure and capacity has to adapt. Integrity can help you meet these capacity challenges without seeing a decrease in quality.

Our process is simple.

First we review your claim handling guidelines and see if they exceed our own expectations on contact, inspection, and follow through. We have not seen a company yet that demands more than we do of our adjusters.

Next you communicate to us the cities, counties, or states that you have additional IA capacity needs. Two circumstances usually arise:

1. You have periodic spikes in claim volume that overwhelm capacity for short periods

2. You have fairly low volume in an area and cannot justify a staff adjuster.

Of course, some companies do not use field staff at all. Any of these scenarios are a perfect fit for Integrity.

The last step of our process is to identify what available resources we have in the field and ensure that they meet your standards. If we can match our resources with your need, everyone wins.

The Assets We Employ and Deploy:

1. Customer Care Representatives that handle initial contact and refine severity code
2. Field Management within one day of catastrophe
3. Desk adjustment for lower severity claims – Minimum of six closed and QC approved reports per adjuster per day
4. Field adjustment for higher severity claims – Minimum of two closed and approved reports per adjuster per day
5. Multi-level Quality Control to ensure technical accuracy of reports, coverage compliance, and pricing validity
6. Re-inspection and Cleanup to ensure that all assigned reports are completed with accuracy so that final settlement can be reached

SIU and Liability Investigation:

Integrity Adjusters has a unique asset. We maintain an active network of retired FBI agents that are available to conduct field investigations for liability claims. Each investigator has a minimum of 20 years experience investigating white collar crime, fraud, and corruption. When your in house claim staff needs an experienced investigator on the ground you can count on us. Whether it is identifying, locating, and interviewing witnesses and claimants, or simply taking photos and pulling records, our team has the network and know-how to get the job done.
